Terms and refund policy

What you're buying
Night Crew creates short vertical videos about your business, in your voice, and posts them to the social accounts you connect, after you approve each one. The 30-day pilot includes building your brand brain (your facts, voice and look), at least 20 videos over 30 days, posting to the platforms you choose, and a results review at the end.
What's included
- Making: research, scripts in your voice, and the finished videos.
- Posting: we post each video to the platforms you connect, after you approve it.
- Tracking: views, likes and comments for every video, a monthly report, and topics chosen from what performs.
What's not included
- Replying to comments or direct messages on your accounts.
- Running paid ads, or managing content you post yourself.
Your part
- Give us accurate information about your business. Every video is built only from what you provide and from public sources we cite.
- Connect your accounts through the secure connection link we send. Don't send us passwords.
- Approve or reject each video. Nothing is posted without your approval.
- Your voice clone is made only with your consent and is used only for your videos. Ask us at any time and we'll delete it.
- You keep the rights to your videos and your brand material.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. The founding spot deposit ($500) holds your pilot spot and counts toward the pilot price; the remaining balance ($1,000) is due before the pilot starts. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel.
Refunds
- Deposit: fully refundable until your kickoff call.
- Pilot: if we haven't delivered your first videos for approval within 10 days of receiving your completed intake, you can ask for a full refund.
- After your first videos are delivered, payments for the current period aren't refundable, but you can cancel anything that hasn't started.
- Monthly plans: cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.

Results
We work hard to make content that grows your audience, but views, followers and sales depend on many things outside our control, so we can't guarantee specific results.
